Solnedgång över Mälaren
One of the places I loved the most the first months I was in Sweden, was the Mälaren coast in Hässelby.
That amazing peaceful area was my shelter whenever I needed some time for my own and recharge my batteries.
I have wonderful memories of that place. Magical in every season.
Sweden has great landscapes and I think I felt immediately strong boundaries with its nature. It could be maybe weird considering I am from Italy and my country is worldwide known as one of the most beautiful places ever... But Swedish silence and wide uncontaminated spaces scored a big goal in my heart.
I found a strong sense of belonging to this land, which surprised me a lot and still keeps me surprised every time I go around the Swedish nature.
Earth, water, wind... everything here speaks to my inner self. I could definitely say I found home outside my homeland.
